  • Based in The Australian Centre for Business Growth at the City West campus
  • Full-time fixed term contract until 31 December 2024
  • Salary range: $71,205 - $84,118 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

About the Role

In this client-focused and diverse role, you will identify suitable Business candidates and convert their interest into enrolment in the Centre for Business Growth’s world-class programs. You will represent the Centre at networking events and conferences to meet with and engage potential participants and will provide them with expert information and tailored advice.

You will have the opportunity to assist in the preparation and development of proposals for programs and provide support for marketing initiatives such as social media and events. You will also develop a range of processes to support the business activities of the Centre and have a proficiency with a range of information systems, including Salesforce.

Core Responsibilities

  • Identify potential candidates of the Centre’s programs and work to convert interest to enrolments
  • Provide information and support, assess candidate suitability, and facilitate the enrolment and induction processes
  • Represent the Centre at networking events and conferences and engage with potential participants
  • Develop, implement, and monitor systems, processes, and templates to support business liaison activities
  • Maintain the client relationship management (CRM) database of existing and potential candidates


Essential Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or an appropriate discipline or equivalent demonstrated knowledge and skills
  • Experience in a sales related environment with a focus on achieving targets and client service management
  • Demonstrated experience in project management with ability to work to timeframes
  • High level analytical ability to interpret information and provide detailed reports and recommendations
  • Experience with various administrative information systems and web-based programs, including Salesforce
