(HEO8) $100,261 to $112,481 per annum plus an employer contribution of up to 17% superannuation may apply.

Opportunity to be responsible for undertaking business analysis and feasibility assessments to identify opportunities for process improvement and integration, aligning with the University’s goals and objectives.

The Business Improvement Delivery Lead will have a key focus on improving business processes and resource efficiency, enabling contemporary business practice based on evidence and driving technology enhancement. The role will provide process mapping, staff training on updated processes, coordinate business improvements in consultation with key stakeholders, facilitate associated system changes, facilitate workshops and resolution of any issues as they arise. 

To be successful you will need: 

  • Extensive experience in building, leading, motivating and developing teams to deliver service excellence and operate in a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated expertise and experience implementing innovative business systems, within a large organisation, that leads to process efficiencies and business value.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of coursework admissions and on-boarding, student recruitment and International compliance within the higher education sector in Australia.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, to think strategically and to utilise analytics and reporting to inform business direction in an Admission environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to be collaborative and team-oriented, with an ability to quickly establish and maintain professional credibility at a senior management level and with the wider team.
