The Role

  • Fixed Term (up to 2.5 years), Part Time – 0.6 FTE
  • Level A/B - $42,389 to $71,472 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Albury-Wodonga

We are currently seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals with substantial experience across a range of occupational therapy practice areas to actively engage in teaching, curriculum development and student engagement.

The successful candidate will deliver learning and teaching through face-to-face and online delivery modes, will engage in academic administration tasks relevant to the role and will contribute to subject and course design.

Applications are highly sought from those who can demonstrate a commitment to regional, rural and remote healthcare and practice, with a willingness and ability to teach across practice areas and supporting workplace learning for occupational therapy students in collaboration with the workplace learning team.

Eligibility for registration as an occupational therapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) is a mandatory requirement of this role.

To be successful you will have:

  • A qualification or equivalent accreditation and standing appropriate to the level being applied for
  • Eligibility for registration as an occupational therapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra)
  • Knowledge of the discipline including occupational therapy practice in rural and regional areas
  • Commitment to the delivery of high-quality student-centred learning and teaching
