The Student Administration Directorate supports the University’s academic decision-making processes through academic policy formulation, providing operational support for student and academic-related administrative matters, and delivering process improvement initiatives to improve the student and faculty user experience. Reporting to the Academic Registrar and Director, Student Administration and leading a team of systems professionals, the Associate Director, Student Systems is responsible for the management, maintenance, and enhancement of the student administration systems.

The next Associate Director is expected to deliver innovative solutions that contribute to the strategic priorities of the university and oversees multiple major strategic projects involving student system and student records data. To succeed in this leadership position, you will have had substantial experience in similar roles with a strong track record in project management, system implementation, process automation and student data management, preferably within a tertiary environment.  Your capacity to manage key stakeholder relationships across the University will be exceptional.
