The Information Technology Directorate is a trusted University partner, delivering high quality ICT strategic services to support learning, teaching, research and business functions across ACU. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer and leading a national team, the Associate Director, Client Services will lead the strategy, delivery and direction of client facing technology services to the ACU community. This includes the service design and service assurance of the end-to-end IT service experience for all technology services.

The next Associate Director will ensure the IT Client Services team will engage stakeholders across the University, manage service assurance, change and improvement and make sure the appropriate service management governance and platforms are in place. To succeed in this senior leadership position, you will be an experienced senior IT professional with a strong track record of ITIL or similar service management framework, implementing service management processes gained within a large complex organisation. Your capacity to manage key stakeholder relationships across the University will be exceptional.
