In this role you will contribute to creating and sustaining a greater place for our students, staff and visitors. As an Asset Management Coordinator, you will focus on:


  • Coordinating and implementing facility and infrastructure lifecycle asset monitoring and improvement initiatives
  • Collecting, auditing, analysis and reporting of our asset data
  • Providing support and training to trade discipline and project delivery teams on Curtin’s asset management requirements and systems.
You will bring to the role:
  • A relevant completion of a degree with subsequent relevant work experience or equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Demonstrated experience with, and skills in the use of, a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Business Intelligence applications (e.g. Power BI).
  • A level of fitness commensurate with the position
  • A white card or be willing to obtain if successful

As this is a continuing (permanent) role you will require permanent work rights in Australia to be considered.
