Properties, Facilities & Development (PF&D) plays an important role in ensuring Curtin’s physical facilities continue to support the University’s vision to be a recognised global leader in research, education and engagement. The department is responsible for the planning, delivery, maintenance and operation of great places where people come first.
Come and join Curtin University, we have a unique opportunity for an Asset Management Coordinator. In this role you will contribute to creating and sustaining a greater place for our students, staff and visitors. You will be making an impact in a large organisation working with a substantial property portfolio. As an Asset Management Coordinator, you will focus on:
- Coordinating and implementing facility and infrastructure lifecycle asset monitoring and improvement initiatives
- Collecting, auditing, analysis and reporting of our asset data
- Providing support and training to trade discipline and project delivery teams on Curtin’s asset management requirements and systems.
- A relevant completion of a degree with subsequent relevant work experience or equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Demonstrated experience with, and skills in the use of, a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), MS Excel and Business Intelligence applications (e.g. Power BI).
- A level of fitness commensurate with the position
- A white card or be willing to obtain if successful
As this is a continuing (permanent) role you will require permanent work rights in Australia to be considered.
