About the role:

We are seeking a casual Asset Coordinator to support the temporary team with data entry, validation, and communication with stakeholders.

Support asset management application accuracy by performing data entry and validations, field audits activities, maintenance liability and lifecycle support. Provide support for maintenance activities for the Facilities group and for delivery of backlog maintenance project works and handovers.

To be successful, you'll have:

  • Appropriate relevant trade certificate or tertiary qualification or
  • Good knowledge / experience with asset data base management, data entry, validations
  • Good Excel suite skills
  • Experience relevant to field of expertise including good knowledge of the building industry and practice with either a trade, facilities management or planning background.
  • This role requires the incumbent to apply for and maintain a Working with Children Check

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Export and load assets data into/from database
  • Input data validation
  • Communication with various stakeholders
