  • Fixed Term Contract until June 2022
  • Commencement Salary: $65,766 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)
About the Job

You will act as the central point of contact for prospective students who are interested in pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate program of study here at UniSA. You will respond to enquiries across a range of channels including phone, email and face-to-face appointments, providing comprehensive information about programs and the admissions process. You will also have a specific focus on converting prospective student leads into applications through a proactive lead management approach

Skills and Experience

You will have previous experience in a customer service or sales-related environment, along with a genuine interest in and passion for the tertiary aspiration of prospective students. Your excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build a strong rapport with clients over the phone will ensure your success in this role.

In addition, you will also have strong administrative skills and experience with a customer relationship management system, along with the ability to accurately enter data into a range of systems. You will be a natural problem-solver and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging work environment.
