  • Starting salary: $70,476 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)


About You 

You are a highly organised and supremely detail oriented administrator with a collaborative and collegiate work style and a passion for delivering great service. You thrive in a busy complex environment and work effectively either as part of a team, or autonomously. You enjoy taking initiative, and providing solutions through logical, creative and innovative thinking. You have exceptional interpersonal skills and can easily build rapport with people at all levels of an organisation.

About the Role 

Reporting to the Aviation Academy Manager, you will undertake a broad range of administrative activities to support the UniSA Aviation Academy and provide high level customer service to key stakeholders, including our flight training provider. You will support our flight training program through the management of course information, enrolments and grade entry processes, ensuring that all students meet the requirements to progress in their studies.

Essential Skills and Experience 

  • Post-secondary qualifications in a relevant field with demonstrated administrative experience, or equivalent knowledge and skills in the provision of a broad range of administrative support
  • Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication skills, including experience liaising with staff and stakeholders external to the organisation
  • Demonstrated experience in using information systems and the Microsoft Office suite programs
  • Demonstrated writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail in undertaking clerical, administrative and data input tasks
  • Highly developed time management and organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
