About the Role:
The Institute for Health and Sport (iHeS) is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administrative Officer who will be working in the Institute Administration Office of this exciting and dynamic research institute. 
The Administrative Officer will provide high level organisation and administrative support to the Institute and its Executive and Leadership Teams.
The Administrative Officer will perform a range of tasks and functions in an effective and efficient manner to ensure high quality services are provided.
This is a full-time continuing position at a HEP 5 Classification Level, Salary range $73,852 - $84,831 per annum, plus 17% Superannuation.
About You:
•   Relevant work experience in administrative duties. 
•   Well-developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of staff, students and stakeholders, whilst maintaining confidentiality.
•   Ability to work cooperatively within a team, along with the capability to work independently when required.
•   Ability to organise and prioritise workload in a busy/demanding environment.
Duties:
An example of duties you will perform include:
•   Review, develop and maintain our administrative procedures and systems to ensure efficient and effective information is provided to aid our staff, student researchers and our external stakeholders. 
•   Assist staff and students with administrative processes, such as Travel, IT Assets, Reimbursements, etc.
•   Undertake the administration of finance processes, utilising the Finance 1 system.
•   Provide administrative support for a range of meetings and committees, including minutes, agendas, and distributing papers.
