About the role:
As the Student Services Officer, you will be responsible for providing Student Services support for students enrolling on campus. You will work closely with a range of stakeholders including the National School of Education (NSE) Course Administration Team, State and Deputy Heads on campus, Course Co-ordinators and Lecturers in Charge, Faculty Office, Student and Administration directorate to provide students a customer-centric student experience throughout their journey at ACU
More specifically the role entails:
- Acting as first point of contact for staff and students in the Brisbane Campus
- Delivery of a range of Student Services tasks and responsiblities
- Act as the liaison between students and Course Coordinators as required
- Contribute to timetabling-related activities using the University's timetabling system

- Total remuneration valued to $95,827 - $103,735 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $80,975 - $87,658 (pro rata) pa (HEW 5), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
