The Role

  • Continuing, Full Time 
  • Level 5 - $70,384 - $76,886 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Bathurst

You will be part of the Division of People and Culture (DPC) Employee Services team, which is the first point of contact for Charles Sturt University staff in relation to employment conditions and technical assistance with DPC systems.  The team handles a challenging administration workload related to salary, leave, contracts and the like, with a high level of accuracy and a strong commitment to service.

To be successful you will have

  • A relevant qualification or equivalent, with proven skills, knowledge, and experience pertinent to the role
  • Strong technical proficiency in the use of multiple systems, applications and computer platforms 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing demands, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Proven problem solving and analytical skills, with evidence of successfully working with clients and team members to resolve diverse problem
