  • Fixed term, full-time appointment (to December 2024)
  • Level 5: $73,507 - $83,130 + 17% superannuation
  • Located at Wollongong Campus

What

Your role is to ensure the right classes are scheduled at the right time in the right place for our staff and students and to make sure our casual and contract teaching staff are paid on time.

Our students are mature aged students from around Australia and international students from around the world.

Your stakeholders are full time and casual academic researchers as well as industry professionals teaching into our postgraduate business courses.

Your colleagues are focused on supporting our students and teaching staff.

How

You will track, record and update the allocation of teaching staff and manage the administrative processes for engaging and paying casual and contract staff.

You will work at the Wollongong campus, but could work from Sydney if that was your preference. Hybrid working will be possible and you will work at least three days per week on campus. Occasionally, you will travel to Sydney CBD Campus to meet with your colleagues there.

You will be working on the timetabling and on boarding of casual and contract staff for our Sydney, Wollongong and virtual campus.

You

You have an analytical mind and love solving complex problems which require both a logical and an empathetic approach.

You build good relationships with different stakeholders.

You come up with new ideas and can share them with diverse people around you.
