Seeking a customer service focused Administration Officer to join the Division of External Engagement's Advancement team. 

Working under general direction from the Executive Director, Advancement, the Administration Officer manages the reception area for the Advancement team, provides administrative support to the Executive Director and senior leaders within Advancement, and provides general administrative support to the broader Advancement team.

To be successful you will need: 

  • Demonstrated experience in managing a reception or front desk whilst providing high level administrative assistance and customer service.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and capability in the provision of administrative, secretariat and executive support services to senior managers.
  • Excellent attention to detail, demonstrated problem solving capability and a high level of organisation with the ability to prioritise and manage workload.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills including both written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential and sensitive matters of a complex nature.
