(HEO4) $64,961 to $71,203 per annum plus an employer contribution of up to 17% superannuation may apply.

Full-time, fixed term contract available until December 2021, with possibility of extension.

This position will be based in the Adelaide Rural Clinical School (ARCS) office in Nairne

The Administration Officer works under general direction to provide administrative support and coordination to the Nairne/Adelaide Hills site of the Adelaide Rural Clinic School. The position is responsible for acting as the first point of contact and assisting in the coordination of the Nairne/Adelaide Hills Office, providing secretarial support to ARCS academic staff and Operational Manager, credit card reconciliations and managing a range of procurement matters.

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience working in an administrative role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of local health networks and services.
  • Demonstrated high level organisational and communication (verbal, written and interpersonal) skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively and efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in the Microsoft Office suite of products.
