About the area
The Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research) provides core services in support of the University’s research. This includes Research Infrastructure Centres, the University Library, the Office of Research, the University Institutes, the Graduate Research School, and the Office of Industry and Commercial Development.

About the opportunity
Reporting to the Executive Officer, you will provide high level administrative support to the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Research), the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Health & Medical Research) the Director, Office of Research, and the University Librarian.

About you
To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate substantial relevant administration experience at an appropriate level. You will also have an ability to set priorities and to meet deadlines, to work under minimal supervision, show initiative, and to work productively as part of a team. In addition, you will demonstrate highly developed use of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and other software.
