About the Role  

The Administration Officer performs a broad range of administrative and operational duties relating to research. The position works as part of the Executive Services team and contributes to the effective operation of UniSA STEM by supporting the smooth and effective operation of the Unit’s executive team.  

Reporting to the Executive Officer, you will work closely with the Dean of Research and make positive contribution to the Academic Unit in the delivery of world class teaching, research, and education services.

Essential Skills and Experience 

  • Post-secondary qualifications in a business or administrative related discipline or demonstrated experience supporting senior managers in a personal assistant or administrative support role in a customer-oriented environment 
  • Demonstrated ability to produce a variety of high-quality written correspondence and presentations  
  • High level attention to detail and the ability to provide editing and presentation assistance on a broad range of documents
