  • Based in the Enterprise Partnerships Unit at the City West campus
  • Full-time, fixed-term contract until 31 December 2025
  • Salary: $70,476 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

About the Role 

Reporting to the Coordinator: Enterprise Partnerships Operations, you will be responsible for a broad range of administrative and operational duties that support the Enterprise Partnerships Unit Operations team. You will work closely with the Dean, Directors and Deputy Directors within the Unit to ensure the effective operation of the Unit and make a positive contribution in the delivery of world class teaching, research and education services.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrable organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands 
  • High level interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and customer service with a diverse range of people and cultures 
  • Ability to produce a variety of high-quality written correspondence and presentations with high level attention to detail and the ability to provide editing and presentation assistance on a broad range of documentations 
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in the suite of programs in Microsoft Office, experience in the establishment and maintenance of a records management system and experience in the management of a CRM 
  • Demonstrable alignment with the University's mission, values and culture
