Professional Level 5 Salary $66,274 to $76,564 p.a. (pro rata)
9.5% superannuation and 4 weeks annual leave (pro rata)

Provide professional administrative support for the day to day operations within the College.

As Administration Officer, you will provide professional administrative support to the College of Indigenous and Regional Futures, Arts and Society / College of Education and are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of its day to day operations including supporting teaching and learning activities. A high standard of professionalism, initiative and strong organisational skills will be required to successfully manage the competing demands of the role.

Familiarity with event organisation will be advantageous, as it will be a responsibility in this position to arrange workshops, conferences, and other events including prize giving and open days for the College.

Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to a diploma level qualification in Business (or a related area) is a requirement of this role, as is impeccable communication and interpersonal skills, including experience communicating effectively with people to whom English may not be their first language. Prior experience in processing financial transactions (purchase orders, credit card reconciliation, reimbursements), travel bookings, preparation of meeting agendas/minutes and high level digital literacy skills will be highly regarded.
