  • Full-time, fixed term contract until 31st December 2024
  • Salary Range $67,739 - $76,139 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

About the Role  

As an Administration and Project Support Officer, you will undertake a range of administrative services to support the programs and activities of the Australian Centre for Business Growth .  

This position provides high-level customer service to clients and key stakeholders, coordinates a number of projects, and undertakes appropriate research relevant to the project requirements. 

Core Responsibilities  

  • Respond to enquiries via Internet, e-mail, phone, or in-person, using your sound judgement to independently assess, prioritise, action and respond appropriately 
  • Assist with the preparation of materials and presentations for the Centre’s programs, events, and speaking engagements 
  • Undertake finance administration for the Centre and ensure compliance with the University’s Finance policy framework and UniSA Business finance procedures 
  • Provide administrative and event support for all the Centre’s programs, events and activities as required 

Essential Skills and Experience  
  • Post-secondary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent knowledge and experience 
  • Demonstrated experience in project and program coordination including events, resources and administration 
  • Highly developed communication skills appropriate to developing and adapting verbal and written communications to a range of needs and audiences, together with the ability to understand and apply written and verbal requests 
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively problem solve, plus the ability to plan and follow through. The ability to prepare clear and concise e-mail requests, instructions, and documents
