A scholarship for students studying the Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) majoring in accounting or finance. Up to $6000 is available for one year only.

It's helped improve my mental health, knowing that I have support from Monash to study regardless of my hearing. It's also helped me become financially independent with the costs of my studies, and helped me stay on track towards my career goals.


Am I eligible?
You must be one of the following:
  • An Australian citizen
  • A New Zealand citizen
  • Australian permanent resident
  • Australian humanitarian visa holder
  • An International student

You must meet the following criteria:
  • Commencing full-time in the Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree majoring in accounting or finance at a Monash campus in Australia.

$6000 per annum paid for one year only

Selection criteria

  • Based on academic achievement in accounting or finance units during the final two years of your degree and any prizes awarded to you for academic achievement.
  • Final selection will be by a panel interview.

To retain this scholarship:

  • You must maintain full-time enrolment and a minimum Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 70.
