As a Accessible Materials Support Officer, you will:

  • Consult with individual students, Disability Liaison Officers and relevant academics to identify, recommend and provide appropriate inclusive formats for use with audio and video materials.
  • Identify, source, prepare and provide learning materials for students.
  • Coordinate, support and provide advice in relation to process documentation and production reports.
  • Support university governance, including work instructions, procedures and guidelines to enable and support the delivery of operations.
  • Provide a range of processing and administrative tasks in line with university procedure such as maintaining capacity building materials including guidelines, tutorials, exemplars, images, audio and videos.

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Experience in administration and related activities in a large organisation with complex administrative structures, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience in operating in a high-pressure diverse environment, involving face to face, phone, and written issue.
  • Experience providing services and support in a large organisation.
