  • Part-time (0.5FTE), fixed term contract until 15 November 2024
  • Commencement Salary: $70,476 pro rata per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

You have high-level attention to detail and can work to competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

About the Role 

Reporting to the Team Leader: Academic Services, you will be responsible for undertaking a broad range of administrative activities associated with the delivery of UniSA STEM’s programs and research activities.

Essential Skills and Experience 

  • Previous experience working in an administrative role in a team-based service environment 
  • Written and verbal communication skills including preparation of written materials and experience in liaising with people at all levels both internal and external to an organisation to deliver quality customer service 
  • Experience in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures 
  • Organisational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities under broad direction 
  • Demonstrated experience in using information systems and the Microsoft Office suite of programs
