  • Commencement Salary: $67,739 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)


About the Role

We are seeking an Academic Services Officer to come and join the team. You will be responsible for undertaking administrative activities associated with the delivery of UniSA Business programs and its teaching and research activities.

Core Responsibilities

  • Undertake a broad range of administrative activities to support the delivery of UniSA programs and courses, in consultation with key stakeholders
  • Provide information and support to key stakeholders on matters relating to the interpretation and application of the University’s academic and research policies and procedures
  • Use the University’s information systems to access, retrieve and interpret data to generate reports and documentation to respond to staff, student and key stakeholder queries and requests
  • Undertake the role of Executive Officer for UniSA Business committees, as required


Essential Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience working in an administrative role in a team-based service environment
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills including preparation of written materials and experience in liaising with people at all levels both internal and external to an organisation to deliver quality customer service
  • Experience in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures
  • Organisational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities under broad direction
  • Demonstrated experience in using information systems and the Microsoft Office suite of programs
