  • Full-time, fixed term contract until 31 December 2024
  • Commencement Salary: $70,476 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

About the Role 

Reporting to the Team Leader: Academic Services, you will be responsible for undertaking administrative activities to support the delivery of UniSA Business’ programs and research activities. You will provide information and support to key stakeholders regarding university research and academic policy and procedure. This role has a focus on supporting Course Coordinators and Academic Integrity Officers with course outlines, exams, results and academic integrity.

Essential Skills and Experience 

  • Previous experience working in an administrative role in a team-based service environment 
  • Written and verbal communication skills including preparation of written materials and experience in liaising with stakeholders to deliver quality customer service 
  • Demonstrated experience in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures
  • Organisational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities under broad direction 
  • Experience in using information systems and the Microsoft Office suite of programs
