The Academic Affairs portfolio is comprised of an executive leadership team, 12 Schools, and supporting professional staff. It operates to ensure the University achieves its strategic commitment to excellence in teaching, learning and research, and builds a suite of quality academic programs.


Who you are:


As an Academic Program Support Officer, you will possess outstanding organisational skills to manage tasks and priorities effectively. You will have a solid understanding of academic policies and procedures as well as familiarity with university program requirements. You will be adept at building positive relationships with stakeholders and will have a personal interest in contributing positively to team culture.


What you’ll do:


Working as a member of the broader Academic Program Support team, you will provide a range of functions to support students and academic staff, ensuring an effective student experience and achievement of academic outcomes.


The primary responsibilities of this role will be to support the Curriculum Quality Management stream. You will provide professional support and advice around a range of activities including, but not limited to:

  • providing professional support and advice on teaching timetabling and tutorial allocation processes, including quota management and enrolment issues, and supported agreed Residential Schools, Teaching Schools and education partner activities.
  • providing professional support in coordinating and managing internal and external accreditation timelines and deadlines.
  • supporting the implementation of a new curriculum management system.
  • providing professional support and advice on course and program information.
  • maintaining Academic Affairs information relevant to accreditation and delivery of academic programs and courses.

:  Total remuneration range $88,559 to $100,438 pa (includes salary range of $74,828 to $84,865 pa, employer super contributions of 17% and annual leave loading)
