The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Strategy and Talent Adviser is responsible for providing high level advice and direction across the University to attract, retain and build capability of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, guided by the ECU Strategic Plan and supporting plans.

Benefits & Remuneration This ongoing position attracts remuneration of $93,378 to $104,628 HEW 7 per annum plus 17% University superannuation contribution. ECU supports a work/life balance for staff.
