CSIRO is seeking expressions of interest from motivated and driven Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Peoples to fill a range of full-time, part-time, and casual roles across our organisation. We have a variety of employment opportunities from geologists, accountants, rangers, project officers, and communication specialists to cultural capability advisors, research scientists, plumbers, electricians, and field workers. Salary: Varies depending on role (AU$24K – AU128K, plus up to 15.4% superannuation)
Tenure: Term (up to 18 months) or casual depending on the role requirements

Eligibility
CSIRO considers the filling of these positions is intended to constitute a special/equal opportunity/affirmative measure under section 8(1) of the Racial Discrimination Act 1975 (Cth). The positions are therefore only open to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people with Australian Citizenship. The successful candidates will be required to provide evidence to confirm that they are an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person.
The successful applicants may be required to obtain and provide a National Police Check and will be required to provide evidence to confirm that they are an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person along with contact details of at least one Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Cultural Referee.
