Erasmus Mundus Action 2 Asia Regional:
This scholarship is for international students from Asia (Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Mongolia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, The Philippines and Vietnam) to study, teach and research in European countries.

Students and scholars can select from all level of study/research (undergraduate, master, PhD – doctoral, post-doctoral and staff) at various European partner university. Monthly subsistence allowance ranges from 1000 Euro (undergraduate) to 2500 Euro (Staff).

Fields of study: Agriculture science , Architecture, urban and regional planning, Business Studies, Management Sciences, Education, Teacher Training, Engineering, Technology, Geography, Geology, Law, Medical Sciences, Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, or Other Areas of Study.


International Undergraduate Fees Scholarship tại New Zealand
Victoria University of Wellington invites offers 3 scholarships valued NZ$20,000 International Undergraduate Fees Scholarships for students of outstanding ability from Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. The duration of scholarships is 3 years.

The students must be intending to enroll full time, in the year following the year of application, for a first undergraduate degree at Victoria University of Wellington this being their first enrolment at any tertiary institution.

Adelaide International Undergraduate Scholarships (AIUS) General
The University of Adelaide offers 4 x 100% tuition fee waiver for students from Indonesia, Korea, Thailand and Vietnam to undertake undergraduate study each year to study in any discipline except Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Bachelor of Oral Health and the Bachelor of Science (Pre-Veterinary). ASEAN Undergraduate Scholarship covers up to the normal program duration on condition that the scholar maintains a record of good academic performance and conduct satisfactory to the University.

The scholarships cover tuition fees, living allowance of S$5,800/year. Students must work in Singapore 3 years after graduation.

This scholarship is for students from ASEAN countries including Vietnam.


ASEAN Undergraduate Scholarship (AUS) at National University of Singapore (NUS):
The ASEAN Undergraduate Scholarship (AUS) is offered by the National University of Singapore (NUS) to full-time NUS undergraduates who have outstanding academic merit and co-curricular activities. Students must be citizens or permanent residents of an ASEAN* member country including Vietnam.

The scholarship covers tuition fees and provides an allowance of S$5,800 each year.


ASEAN Undergraduate Scholarship at Singapore Management University: 
The ASEAN Undergraduate Scholarship is available to citizens or permanent residents from ASEAN countries including Vietnam. The Scholarship covers tuition fees and an annual living allowance of $5,800.


Reach Oxford Undergraduate Scholarship, UK:

A number of Reach Oxford scholarships are offered to students from low income countries who, for political or financial reasons, or because suitable educational facilities do not exist, cannot study for a degree in their own countries.

The scholarship duration is 3 – 4 years.

The scholarship covers university fees and college fees, a grant for living expenses and one return air fare per year. Students from a number of countries including Vietnam are eligible.


Faculty of Engineering and Surveying International Undergraduate Scholarships, University of Southern Queensland (USQ), Australia:
USQ Faculty of Engineering and Surveying offers a number of scholarships to commencing international students from Vietnam who intend to undertake a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Engineering Technology degree full-time, on-campus at USQ in Toowoomba or Springfield.

Up to 5 scholarships are available for students in each Vietnam, Pakistan and China to the value of 25% of the tuition fee for the duration of their program with USQ.

Students from Vietnam must demonstrate academic excellence i.e. received a GPA of 8.0 (Gioi).


Latvian Scholarships for studies in Latvian Higher Education Institutions:
In accordance with bilateral agreements on co-operation in education and science, the State Education Development Agency (Valsts izglītības attīstības aģentūra – VIAA) offers scholarships to students, researchers and teaching staff of several countries for studies in Latvian higher education institutions (HEIs).

Vietnam is an eligible country to apply for this scholarship.

Scholarships for studies are granted for a time period of up to 10 months. They are applicable only towards full-time studies in Latvia. The Latvian scholarship can be awarded twice.
