Description
We seek a highly motivated student to complete a PhD in Wildlife, Aquatic, and Wildlands Science and Management with research focused on landscape ecology. Interests or experience in fire ecology and/or forest resources are desired. Three years of support are guaranteed, assuming satisfactory progress toward degree. This student will join three other Graduate Fellows in a cohort of students supported by the USDA. The funding source requires that Fellows hold US citizenship. Qualifications
Completion of a master's degree is required by the fellowship start date. We will prioritize candidates with experience or interest in at least one of the following areas: -Landscape Ecology -GIScience -Wildland fire -Forest dynamics -Rangeland ecology -Science communication
