Job Summary
The Markey Cancer Center seeks an individual to schedule and facilitate the Protocol Review Meeting; create and distribute agendas, document sets, minutes and schedule meetings; create and request documents for specialized purposes; review prospective new protocols by assigning protocols to the PRM; provide information and data to facilitate decision making and facilitate communication internally between the Clinical Research Director Assistant and the research team; assist in the preparation of new protocol submissions; review and analyze research protocols for triaging; onCore data entry of protocol information; coordinate flow of protocols through initial review process; data entry using patient therapy and outcomes registry data base; maintain accurate files in both electronic and hard copy formats and update protocol status using PRM excel spreadsheet; ensure completion of confidentiality disclosure agreements; obtain budget template from protocol sponsor; assist the clinical care and research team with collecting and reporting patient disease information; initiate and maintain communication between PI, sponsor and clinical research team; act as a liaison with institutional investigators, sponsor representatives and clinical research team; assist the Clinical Research Director Assistant in program development activities and SPO development; serve as a liaison for CCART activities; responsible for QC of tumor conference data; other duties as assigned.
