First - To initiate the selection process for the hiring of 1 Doctor in Research on a temporary contract for theRecovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, in accordance with the criteria, requirements and selectionsystem set out in the attached Annex.

Specific Requirements

1.Be a Spanish national, a national of a member state of the European Union or a foreigner with a residence and work permit in Spain.
2. Hold at least a PhD degree in Biomedical Sciences.
3. Be in possession of at least the title of Function C for animal experimentation.
3. Accredited experience with publications in indexed journals (JCR) in isolation and characterisation of extracellular vesicles from human mesenchymal cells.
4. Accredited experience with publications in indexed journals (JCR) in the culture and characterisation of human mesenchymal cells.
5. High level of English
The minimum requirements must be accredited with those certifications that are valid in law, including all those that demonstrate the professional experience mentioned above, in line with the functions to be performed and the assessment criteria.
In the case of qualifications obtained abroad, their homologation must necessarily be accredited.
The conclusion of the contract is subject to the availability of the project's budget and to the successful candidate's compliance with the requirements of current employment legislation. In case of non-compliance with the requirements, the next candidate will be contacted in order of score.

Benefits

Type of contract:
Indefinite-term contract (art 23. Bis of Law 14/2011 LCTI).
Full time: 35 hours/week.
- Financial remuneration:
€2,728.16 gross per month including the proportional part of two extraordinary payments.
- Research project:
Study of the haematopoietic niche and inflammation in the physiopathology of post-CART-T cytopenias: potential of therapies aimed at repairing the medullary microenvironment.
- Work centre:
IBSAL-Hematology Service of the University Hospital of Salamanca.

Selection process

The selection process is governed by the principlesofpublicity,equality,merit,andability,constitutingtheeffectoneselecting body composed of representatives ofthegroup ofresearchandofthe Technical Unit ofmanagementof IBSAL.
The selection process will consist of three phases:
1. Analysis phase and curricular value of all nominations received, classifiedonthebasisofbetteradaptationoftheCurriculum Vitae to the profile established and compliancewiththerequirements.
2. Personal interview: the three candidates with the highest scores in the Phase 1and2willbeselectedforapersonalinterview

Once the process of receiving applications has been completed, the followingactionswillbepublishedontheWEB:
- Publication of the resolution on the admission ofapplicationswiththelistofpersonsadmittedandnotadmittedaccording to minimum requirements and granting ofaperiodof5calendardays forthepresentationofallegations.
- Publication of the resolution with the detailed provisional ranking andgrantingofaperiodof5calendardaysforthepresentation of allegations.
- Publication of the final decision with the definitive ranking and minutes of the IBSAL selection committee.
*The publication will have the effect ofnotification,thispublicationwillreplacetheindividualnotificationtotheinterested parties and will have the sameeffects.
The announcement shall be resolved, in general, within fifteen workingdaysfromthedateofsubmissionofapplications.
