Open Europe Scholarship scheme (OESS) – Belarus students
Description: The purpose of OESS is to contribute to a democratic and prosperous development in Belarus by giving Belarusians students access to higher education without ideological bias and according to internationally accepted academic standards.
OESS scholarships are granted on the basis of motivation, including the expected capacity to graduate.
Specific OESS priority fields are Law, Economics and related Social Sciences, Business Studies, Natural Sciences, Medicine and Engineering. Applications from other fields may also be accepted.
Value: Full tuition fee and for travel and accommodation for the entire period of studies up to graduation.

Eligibility: The scholarship program is open for all Belarusians students that meet the academic, linguistic and personal requirements.
Students should apply to a maximum of 3 universities fitting the OESS eligibility criteria (see website) before submitting an OESS scholarship. Applicants whose OESS applications pass the first screening will be invited to an interview in Vilnius. The final decision on the scholarship can only be made after the University decision.
