Master's degree and/or degree in areas other than those mentioned in the table will be valued with 0. The score referring to the Academic Qualification sub-criteria results from the arithmetic mean of the scores relating to the Master's and Bachelor Degree.

Training :

This sub-criteria will be valued up to a maximum of twenty values, according to the following:

No training

0 points

Up to 20h of training

12 points

More than 20h and less than 40h of training

16 points

More than 40h of training

20 points

- If the duration of the actions is indicated in days, the conversion will be made in the proportion of seven hours for a full day.

- In the absence of an indication of duration, points will be awarded for training sessions equal to or less than 20 hours.

- The following conversion scale will be considered if necessary: 1 day – hours, 1 week – 35 hours, 1 month

- 140 hours.

The final grade of the Curricular Assessment results from the simple arithmetic average of the scores obtained in the two sub-criteria under evaluation.

The curricular evaluation presents a weighting coefficient of 40% in the total Final Classification (CF), on a scale of zero to twenty values.

b) Professional experience and suitability for the desired profile:

Professional experience (PE) in the area of activity and the candidate's profile are evaluated taking into account experience in the project's areas of activity, namely:

- management/valorization of biowaste

- anaerobic digestion

- photovoltaic solar energy

- energy efficiency

Evaluated as follows:

Experience

The final evaluation of the motivation letter results from the simple arithmetic average of the scores obtained in the 3 factors under evaluation.

The motivation letter presents a weighting coefficient of 20% in the total Final Classification (CF), on a scale of zero to twenty values.

The Final Classification (CF) of candidates will be expressed on a scale of 0 to 20 values, considering the valuation to the hundredths, by applying the following formula: CF = (AC X 40%) + (EP X 40%) + (CM X 20%)

on what:

CF = Final Classification; AC= Curricular Assessment; EP = Professional experience; CM =Letter of Motivation

The jury may select up to 5 candidates, who have obtained a final classification (CF) greater than 10 values, for an interview (E), classified on a scale of 0 to 20 values, to assess the motivation demonstrated to work on the project and the competence in responding orally to questions on topics related to the selection criteria.

The global classification (CG) will be obtained by applying the following formula: CG = (CF X 70%) + (E X 30%)

The jury reserves the right not to fill the place in the competition if it deems there are no candidates who meet the requirements.
