The Director of the Center for Theoretical Physics PAS invites applications for an undergraduate student’s scholarship at the CTP PAS, financed from the QuantERA project entitled "VERIfication of quantum Technologies, Applications and Systems (VERIqTAS)" (2021/03/Y/ST2/00175). Skills/Qualifications

We are looking for talented students of first or second-cycle studies or uniform master's studies in the field of physics or mathematics with a good understanding of quantum mechanics. The scientific theme of the project is broadly understood verification and certification of quantum resources.


Specific Requirements

The candidates should submit the following documents:

  • Curriculum vitae including the course of studies and possible scientific           achievements (publications, participation in research projects, conferences,                              etc.).

    • 2.    Agreement for processing the data for the purpose of recruitment procedures (enclosed below).

    3.    Possible recommendation letter.

    Scholarship: 1500 PLN/month

    Duration: 12 months


    Eligibility criteria

    Submissions are to be received electronically (only pdf files) at the email [email protected] by the closing date of April 14, 2024. In your e-mail’s subject please add the reference number: RA/03/2024.


    Selection process

    The winner will be selected by April 21, 2024. Proposals will be assessed in accordance with the guidelines imposed by the National Science Center:

    The applicants will be informed about the results of the recruitment by e-mail. The condition for receiving the scholarship is diligent performance of research work in accordance with the guidelines provided by the project supervisor.
