History or background of award
For the purpose of encouraging postgraduate study in educational psychology at Victoria, the University offers scholarships to students about to commence a full-time Master's degree in Educational Psychology.
Up to two scholarships shall be offered each year, consisting of a $15,000 stipend, plus domestic fees.
Purpose of award
To encourage high calibre students to undertake educational psychology at Masters level at Victoria University. Only those students who are completing the Post Graduate Diploma in Education and Professional Development and who intend and will be qualified to enrol solely for the Master of Educational Psychology are eligible to apply.Selection criteria
Scholarships will be awarded on the basis of academic performance and achievement in the Post Graduate Diploma in Education and Professional Development at Victoria University (or equivalent qualifying study at another university). Only those students who are intending to enrol solely for the Master of Educational Psychology are eligible to apply, and the scholarship will be only be awarded in the year of MEdPsych study.Number of awards offered
