Massey is proud to have family members of previous Massey students study at Massey. We are therefore pleased to invite Alumni family to apply for this award.
Eligibility
The Alumni (Family) awards are available to students who are eligible for admission in to any undergraduate or postgraduate programme in which they intend to enrol and are:
A Mother, Father, Husband, Wife, Son, Daughter, Sister or Brother of Massey’s International Student Alumni; and
nominated by that International Student Alumni; and
able to provide official evidence of their relationship to the Massey International Student Alumni; and
are one of the first 40 eligible students to confirm their place to study at Massey; and
have not previously studied at Massey University; and
are not the recipient of any other scholarship/grant or award from any source.
Procedures
Full fee paying International students who are able to provide official evidence of their relationship to a Massey University International Student Alumni will be eligible for the award set out below upon completion of the International Admission – Scholarship form and the Alumni Nomination Application form. The Alumni Nomination Application form must be submitted to the International Office by the Massey graduate.
Tenure & Value
Up to 40 awards are available in the amount of NZ$2,000 each towards the first year tuition fees.
Selection and Payment of Award
Selection of the Alumni (Family) Award will occur upon confirmation place (Payment of Fees). Payment will occur at this time and the award will be paid in to the Massey student account of all students selected. If the student subsequently withdraws their enrolment at Massey they will no longer be eligible for the award.
