We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator to join our growing People and Culture team.
The purpose of this role is to assist with the administration and co-ordination of the day-to-day operations of the human resources function within the People & Culture Team
On a day-to-day basis you will be first point of contact for MIT employees and managers, providing basic information, signposting, or escalating queries appropriately to other members of the HR Service team for resolution. You will be responsible for all administration and coordination of HR process documentation and HR Information systems and database maintenance. The role is also responsible for providing administration support to our Organisational Development Manager
It is expected that the successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years experience an administration role with experience in a customer facing role within HR. A basic knowledge and understanding of HR processes and practises along with capability with HR Information Systems is vital. You will be able to priorities and meet demanding deadlines ensuring that the People & Culture Service Centre team are delivering on the business expectations.
