Jean Monnet Scholarship Programme

Young Turkish professionals within the public, private and university sectors. The programme is meant for Turkish young professionals in the public and private sector and university students who will receive a scholarship for up to a maximum of 12 months at postgraduate level in one of the Member States of the European Union.
The programme aims to support Turkey’s efforts towards accession by enhancing its human resources in the relevant disciplines for accession.
The Jean Monnet Fellowships Programme is a programme of The European Commission (EC) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey (Jean Monnet Joint Committee).
