Ph.D. position, funded for 3 years

Campus Bio-Medico University of Rome

TOPIC: Computational study of RNA structures and of their structure-function relationship

Perspective applicants will hold a master degree in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology . The master degree must be obtained by 31 March 2024.

The position is funded in the framework of the Italian national funding scheme PRIN  2022 PNRR.
PROJECT TITLE: RNA secondary structures and their relationship with function:
application to non-coding RNAs (RNA2Fun)

Research in collaboration with Universities of Camerino and of Rome La Sapienza.
