Job Description
Since 2006 the DFG supports the Research Training Group 'Global Structures in Geometry and Analysis' at the Mathematical Institute of the University of Cologne. The training group covers the following research areas: Representation and Number Theory, Geometry and Topology, Analysis and Partial Differential Equations. The training school offers 12 positions of which 3 are vacant. The Ph.D. student will be supported by a taxfree bursary of 1468 EUR per month. Additional support is available for parents. The grants will be available for 2 years with a possible extension of 1 year.
