"SPIDoc’s – The next generation MS SPIDoc’s” is funded within the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions, composed by 15 members, including academic and non-academic sectors located in 8 countries.

SPIDoc’s projects will apply cutting-edge technologies, like native mass spectrometry (MS), X-rays for single particle imaging (SPI) and molecular dynamics simulation to understand the dynamics of viral particle.

The PhD project will include multiple secondments at beneficiaries’ or associated partners’ location, allowing an international and interdisciplinary exchange for the progresses of the project and for the development of the doctoral candidate.

The doctoral candidate will receive scientific training spanning from theory, instrument development and application by winter and summer schools including practical sessions and online lectures. The scientific training programme will be complemented by soft skills training providing support for career and personal development of the doctoral candidates.

  • Gross salary - Living allowance: 3400 Euro/month to which should be applied the country correction coefficient (https://ec.europa.eu/info/funding-tenders/opportunities/docs/2021-2027/… ). It refers to the gross amount, including compulsory deductions under national law, such as employer and employee social security contributions and direct taxes. Mobility allowance: 600 Euro/month. Family allowance -  if applicable: 660 Euro/month.
