Postdoc within Strategic Communication Management
A position as Postdoc within the research area of Strategic Communication Management will be vacant from January 1, 2013 or soon after, at the Department of Marketing & Management, University of Southern Denmark. The position is for a period of two years and located in Odense.
The department carries out research within the following five units: Strategic Communication Management, Consumption Studies, Strategic Organizational Design, Integrative Innovation Management and International Business & Entrepreneurship. The Strategic Communication Management unit at Department of Marketing & Management is internationally known for its specialization in the interplay between strategic communication and management using a reflexive, interdisciplinary and contextual perspective. We study contemporary issues of today�s organizations and develop knowledge and provocative ideas about communication and leadership with the goal to contribute to society and inspire scholars, students and practitioners alike. Particular research areas are organizational communication, integrated marketing communications, leadership and Human Resource Management.
Successful applicants in the area of strategic communication management will be responsible for the teaching of corporate communication, leadership and organizational communication, marketing communication & advertising and/or human resource management at BSc.Econ., MSc.Econ., and MSc. in international business and modern languages.
A PhD degree is required in order to be a successful candidate for this position.

Appointment to the position will be in accordance with the salary agreement between the Ministry of Finance and the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations.
