Job Summary:

We are seeking Postdoctoral Research Fellows to contribute to resilient and sustainable solutions in the concrete industry. The focus areas include:

1)Carbonation mineralization of concrete

2)Decarbonization strategies in the global concrete industry

3)Concrete performance under salt attack

4)Corrosion in concrete structures

5)Advanced modelling and simulation of cementitious composites

6)AI-assisted concrete design and characterization

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1)Conducting research

2)Writing scholarly articles

3)Assisting in grant applications and reporting

4)Reviewing scholarly articles

5)Mentoring graduate students


Required Qualifications:

1)PhD in Civil Engineering or related field

2)Expertise in cementitious materials and concretes

3)Proven writing skills for scholarly papers and reports

4)Proficiency in English communication

5)Collaborative mindset in a dynamic research group

Preferred Qualifications:

1)Strong publication record

2)Proficient coding skills

3)Experience in teamwork, mentorship, project management, and leadership

4)Excellent communication and collaboration skills

5)Experience in the cement and concrete industry
