The Sheep CRC (CRC for Sheep Industry Innovation) PhD & Masters Scholarships, Deakin University, Murdoch University, The University of New England, The University of Western Australia.

Applications are welcome year-round and will be assessed bi-annually in competitive rounds. The Sheep CRC also offers scholarships for the Graduate Certificate in Rural Science (Agricultural Consulting). The Sheep CRC portfolio is targeting both genetic and non-genetic factors affecting wool and meat quality and quantity, as well as integrated management systems, sheep reproduction and parasite control. Adoption-focused research is also a priority for our postgraduate program. Integrated research programs link studies of wool science, meat science, microbiology, biochemistry, physiology, growth and nutrition, molecular and quantitative genetics and marketing, adoption and electronic sheep management systems in a framework of sheep industry issues.

The value of this scholarship is AUD30000 (per annum). This award is to be used for living expenses. This scholarship is paid fortnightly for the period of 2 years if masters or 3 years if PhD.
