$5,000 per year for up to three years. The recipient may also be offered a work experience placement.

To be eligible for this scholarship you must:

  • be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, an Australian permanent resident or a permanent humanitarian visa holder
  • identify as a woman
  • be enrolling full-time in 2023 in your first year of the Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management) (Honours) (BH114)  or the Bachelor of Applied Science (Project Management) (Honours) (BH112)
  • not have completed the same level of program or higher, e.g. if you are studying a Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management), you should not have previously completed another bachelor degree
  • demonstrate passion for your future career
  • be available for an interview if shortlisted*

Students who pathway from Associate Degree, Advanced Diplomas or Diplomas are ineligible for this scholarship.

It is expected that the online application will take approximately thirty minutes to complete. The main application questions are listed below to allow you time to prepare your answers in advance prior to starting the online application.

  • What motivated you to choose your RMIT program? Include the steps you have taken to achieve your educational goals.
  • What are your future plans and career aspirations?
  • What current challenges do you face in your studies and how will a scholarship help you to overcome this?
  • Discuss an outstanding result you have achieved in your life (excluding your ATAR result), how it felt achieving it and what you have learned from it that you carry with you.
  • Would you be willing to participate in a work experience placement as part of your scholarship and if so, what would you like to achieve from this experience?
