- This scholarship is open to current and future ECU students.
Eligibility guidelines
To be eligible for this scholarship you must:
- be an Australian citizen or Australian permanent resident;
- be enrolled in a minimum of 60 credit points per semester;
- have and maintain an academic progression status of GREEN;
- at all relevant times meet the entry and ongoing accommodation requirements of the ECU South West Village; and
- be studying one of the eligible courses on-campus , at ECU South-West Campus in Semester 2, 2022. Eligible courses include:
Bachelor of Health Science K97
Bachelor of Education (Secondary) Y68 (HASS, Biological Science, English majors taught on-campus in the SW)
Bachelor of Science M04 (Conservation Biology and Environmental Management)
Bachelor of Social Work K41
Doctor of Philosophy L61
Terms and conditions
To receive this scholarship the following ongoing conditions apply.
- The recipient must continue to meet the eligibility guidelines and these terms and conditions at the time of applying and throughout Semester 2, 2022.
- The recipient agrees to promptly notify ECU of any change of circumstances that my affect their ongoing eligibility.
- The scholarship includes accommodation for one bedroom and shared amenities in a 6-bedroom apartment at the ECU Student Village South West (Bunbury) Campus.
- The scholarship will be paid directly to the village operator and is not redeemable for cash or student credit. The student will be required to reimburse ECU for any unused portion of the bursary, including where the student becomes ineligible, or the scholarship is cancelled in accordance with these terms.

Applicants will be required to provide a personal statement of no more than 500 words which addresses the following:
