Position Summary:
Incumbent holds a pivotal role in orchestrating post-acquisition integration efforts with a multifaceted approach and is responsible for leading the Integration Management Office. Responsible for designing and implementing integration strategies centered around people & culture, quality & access, and finance & operations, the incumbent is instrumental in driving seamless alignment with UCI Health's strategic objectives.
Serving as the key executive and the primary leader resource and key point of contact for the acquired sites leadership teams, this role requires close collaboration with health system senior executives and a spectrum of internal and external stakeholders, and third-party consulting partners, navigating the development, implementation, and execution of integration plans. Incumbent provides strategic leadership, direction, guidance, and consultation, ensuring that integration efforts harmonize with UCI Health's strategic plan, organizational structure, culture, policies, procedures, values, and co-worker engagement.

Salary Range:
Annual Rate Minimum $245,800.00 Midpoint $399,500.00 Maximum $553,200.00
Required Qualifications:
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System
Ability to develop and implement programs and improve organizational performance
Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to successfully cross departmental lines of management to organize, guide and direct the development, delivery and marketing of assigned programs and services
Ability to successfully represent the UC Irvine Enterprise to the external community
Evidence of sound critical thinking skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically
Excellent negotiation skills and proven ability to influence others internal and external to the organization
Demonstrated ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
Strong planning, financial and analytical skills to provide effective leadership for assigned areas
Marketing knowledge and skills to successfully promote assigned programs and services
Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business Management, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Minimum 10 years’ experience of progressive management responsibility
Minimum 5 years’ experience in an executive leadership role (Director or higher) in a healthcare setting
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or Masters in Healthcare Management or related field
Knowledge of University and Medical Center organizations, policies, procedures and forms
Leadership experience in an academic medical center or multi-facility health system environment
