Position Details

The Department of Mathematics in The University of Tampa’s College of Social Sciences, Mathematics and Education invites applications for a full time, non-renewable one year position as a Visiting Assistant Professor or Visiting Lecturer for the academic year 2024/25.
The University of Tampa is a medium-sized, comprehensive, residentially based private institution of 11,047 undergraduate and graduate students. The successful candidate will teach four 4-credit courses of lower-division level Mathematics (Introduction to Algebra, Finite Math, College Algebra, Precalculus, Business Calculus) in the fall 2024 and spring 2025 semesters. Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of a Master’s degree in Mathematics. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
